When you log on the platform, the homepage displays all your requests and their status on a calendar. This page is always accessible through the My requests button in the navigation bar at the top of the page.


  1. Click on the days or half-days you wish to request a desk. 
  2. The slots selected are displayed in blue. 
  3. To validate your selection, click on Confirm.
  4. When a message appears, refresh your page by clicking on the link in it.
  5. The days when a desk is allocated to you are now in green. 
  6. Some days are still in yellow. It means that your request has been taken into account but a desk has not been allocated to you yet.*
  7. You will receive emails as a reminder of your requests as for the confirmations. 



*Depending on the parameters of the platform, a spot can be allocated between one day up to twenty days before due date.
