To open a barrier, door, or gate using the Sharvy app, please follow the steps below:
1. Submit a reservation request
Log in to the Sharvy application.

2. Check if you have been assigned a space
On the day of your reservation, open your daily card in the app.
If you have been assigned a space, an “Open” button will appear.

3. Open the barrier
Go to the barrier, door, or gate.
Once you are in front of it, tap the “Open” button to trigger the action.
Make sure your mobile phone has an active Internet connection, as it is required for the opening command to work.
4. Technical conditions to be aware of
Depending on the configuration set by your administrator, you may be required:
to be within a minimum distance from the barrier in order to open it;
to respect specific access hours.
If needed, contact your Sharvy administrator for details specific to your site.
5. Validity of the “Open” button
The “Open” button only appears for valid reservations for the current day.
If the button does not appear, please verify that you have an active reservation for today.
