To open a barrier, door, or gate using the Sharvy app, please follow the steps below:

1. Submit a reservation request

  • Log in to the Sharvy application.

  • Submit a reservation request : 



2. Check if you have been assigned a space

  • On the day of your reservation, open your daily card in the app.

  • If you have been assigned a space, an “Open” button will appear.



3. Open the barrier

  • Go to the barrier, door, or gate.

  • Once you are in front of it, tap the “Open” button to trigger the action.

  • Make sure your mobile phone has an active Internet connection, as it is required for the opening command to work.

4. Technical conditions to be aware of

  • Depending on the configuration set by your administrator, you may be required:

    • to be within a minimum distance from the barrier in order to open it;

    • to respect specific access hours.

  • If needed, contact your Sharvy administrator for details specific to your site.

5. Validity of the “Open” button

  • The “Open” button only appears for valid reservations for the current day.

  • If the button does not appear, please verify that you have an active reservation for today.
