You can report an incident via mobile apps, if you need to notify the administrator of the Sharvy site you depend on. 


On the main page, you need to go to the top left menu:



In the open menu, select "Report an incident":


You must then complete the title and the body of the message. You can also add a photo if you wish (for example, in the case of a vehicle already parked in the space allocated to you). 



An email will directly be sent to your Sharvy account's administrator. 


CAUTION: You must allow the application to access the camera and the gallery in order to add a photo as an attachment.
